Flight surcharges from alternative departure locations

The base price for the trip is based on departure from Stockholm/Arlanda. The flight surcharge will be added to the final invoice.

Please ensure that all names are spelled exactly as they appear in the passport. This information is used when booking flights, and any name changes may incur fees to be paid by the traveler.
Please enter å, ä, and ö as usual—these will be adjusted by the airline.

The invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your booking. Please check the invoice carefully when you receive it to ensure that it matches your selections.

Important information

Registration fee
The registration fee is 5,000 SEK per person and must be paid within 10 days of booking.

Marcialonga Entry Fee
The entry fee is 1,150 SEK per person (applies to both the 70 km and 45 km races) and will be charged on the registration invoice for those participating in the race.

Registration for Marcialonga
Once we have received payment of the registration invoice, we will send you an email with a link where you can enter your personal information for Marcialonga 2027.

Final Invoice
The final invoice will be sent in October 2026 and must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.
