The Marcialonga is more than just a race—it’s an experience that requires the right preparation.
With Sportivo Travel, you’ll stay in Moena, the race’s starting point, where we’ve been based since 2010, and you’ll receive a comprehensive package that includes logistics, service, and support all the way to the starting line.

5 nights: January 27 – February 1

January 27, 2027 – Arrival (5-night option)
- Departures from Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo, and Copenhagen (5-night option)
- Arrival in Italy and private bus transfer to Moena
- Check-in and welcome information
- Joint dinner at the hotel
January 28, 2027 – Arrival (4-night option) & training
- Departure from Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo, and Copenhagen (4-night option) – arrival in Moena in the evening
- Training sessions on parts of the track
- Opportunity to participate in the Lavazeloppet race
- Information about logistics and arrangements
- Dinner at the hotel
January 29, 2027 – Technical training & waxing service
- Optional: Technical training with our instructors
- Ski drop-off at Sportivo Travel's waxing team from 3:00 p.m.
- Program for fellow travelers will be presented shortly.

January 30, 2027 – Number bib distribution & warm-up
- Calm skiing (for those who wish)
- A trip to Canazei and alpine skiing with Sella Ronda
- Programs for fellow travelers and those who have submitted their skis for waxing will be presented shortly.
- Distribution of race numbers in Moena
- Pick up waxed skis from 6 p.m.
- A pasta buffet is served at each hotel as part of the preparations for the race.
January 31, 2027 – Marcialonga
- Early breakfast tailored to each start time
- Individual transport to the start area based on start number and start time
- The easiest way is to take your skis directly to the starting area.
- Organized transfer back to Moena after the finish
- After the race, we will gather for pre-dinner drinks and dinner at our respective hotels and celebrate a fantastic day on the classic Marcialonga trail.
February 1, 2027 – Return home
- Transfer to the airport and return trip to Sweden
